We are specialist retailers and suppliers of Persian rugs, Afghan rugs and Turkish rugs, as well as Kilim cushions, furnishings and more. As an online business we are able to offer some great prices and tailored services, which include our specialist Oriental rug and carpet cleaning and repair services.

As well as our online store selection, we also work with private individuals buying with more specific requirements for their own homes, and trade enquiries from Interior Designers buying rugs for their clients and commercial establishments such as Hotels, B&B's, Restaurants and Pubs wanting to add rugs for a luxurious touch to their establishments. We can help match your requirements with the best importers and can offer very favourable prices.

Sourcing Rugs

At Marlborough Rug Company, we have developed our online rug store in order to offer a selection of beautiful rugs at great value. We also have very good links with many of our suppliers and have strong expertise in sourcing rugs. We specialize in large oversized oriental carpets and oriental rugs over 10' up to 20'+. If the colour, style, size or quality you want is not represented here on the website*, then we can put our book of rug contacts to work to find you the right rug or better still we can book an appointment for you to visit our Importers warehouses in London, Home Counties or Sheffield (good fun and like visiting an Aladdin's Cave of colour and choice) where you can choose the perfect rug or large carpet from a some of the best quality rugs to be found in the UK. If you would like our help finding a great rug or carpet, all we ask is that you are serious about buying a rug, have your sizes worked out and have your budget in place.

* Each Oriental rug is handmade and therefore unique and although we endeavor to keep the online store stock upto date, if a rug is sold via this website before it has been removed as sold, we can only replace with one of the same style as in most cases no two products are the same. We will always try to provide photographs and will do our best to represent true colours but they can vary on screen.

How our formula works for you

Take a good look through our Rug Store, hopefully you will be able to find what you want to buy on there. Alternatively if you can't find what you want online, email or call us with your preferences on styles, colours, sizes and values, size being the most important and also your budget, so that we can look in the right places. We will email pictures of suitable pieces with details and prices. We take careful photographs of the sourced rugs and we find this is the reason our system is very successful for our customers. Once you are happy that we have found your rug, we can deliver it for you to try at home. If it is not suitable it can be returned and either refunded or exchanged. Please see our Terms & Conditions.
