We want to make shopping with us as easy as possible. So if you are buying a rug, try your selection home with no obligation. We can also deliver anywhere in the UK at a minimal cost. Whatever you purchase, if it’s not suitable, we will refund or exchange the item as long as it’s unused/undamaged. Terms and Conditions
A product can be returned if it is not suitable, faulty or damaged as long as the your request is made within 5 working days of purchase or receipt after delivery and the product is not used. Returns to the store should be within 14 working days for a full refund or exchange.

If you wish to return a product to us then the cost of return is the responsibility of the client.

Only once products are received and checked to be in good condition and unused will a refund will be made to the client.
